Boss versus Leader (January 28, 2015)

The difference between a boss and a leader is that a boss says, “Go do it!” And, a leader says, “Let’s go do it!”

Leaders realize that most people like to do things with other people. And, people will more readily follow you if they see it’s important enough for you to go, too.

Better yet, really good leaders don’t just ask people to follow them, but rather invite people to join them on a journey.

So, I leave all of you with just two questions: What’s your journey? And, who are you inviting?
